Falcon Fabrication Achieves EN 1090-2 Execution Class 3 Accreditation
A major step up in capability means Falcon Fabrication can now take on the UK's most demanding structural steel projects.
Falcon Fabrication is proud to announce it has achieved EN 1090-2 Execution Class 3 (EXC3) accreditation, upgrading from its previous EXC2 status.
This upgrade means our workshop is now fully compliant to fabricate high-consequence, dynamically loaded structures — including highway bridges, stadiums, high-rise buildings over 15 metres, and heavy industrial plants. It represents a significant investment in our people, processes, and quality systems, and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering work of the highest structural integrity.
What EXC3 Accreditation Means for Our Clients
Zero Compromise
100% material traceability from mill to site, ensuring complete transparency and accountability throughout the fabrication process.
Unmatched Quality
Stricter weld testing to ISO 5817 Level B, managed and overseen by our Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC).
De-risked Projects
Full compliance for high-risk and public infrastructure projects, giving clients confidence at every stage.
100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Every weld is tested, with no exceptions, to guarantee the structural reliability our clients depend on.
Ready for the Next Challenge
This accreditation isn't just a certificate on the wall — it's a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to on every project. Whether it's a highway bridge, a stadium structure, or a high-rise development, Falcon Fabrication now has the accreditation and expertise to deliver it safely, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
