Secure Customer Portal

We have been working hard on improving our customer interface, introducing a new secure customer portal offering three key services:

1. Ordering system - order ancillary items direct through our portal. It will generate a request to the authorised approver on site and once approved be submitted to us at Falcon.

2. Snapshot - a snapshot of site activity including information for all your sites on Falcon crane performance such as breakdowns and planned activity.

3. Site records - access all documentation relating to your site, such as assessments and reports, removing the need to hunt down hard copies and ensuring all authorised site staff can access the information they need. We are really excited to go live with this service for all customers as from next week. Get in touch with us to find out more.

2 x J52NS Cranes

Fleet – Today we have added 2 J52NS cranes to our fleet, taking our total number of Jaso J52’s to 15. These cranes are perfect for housebuilder projects - they can fit inside a 1.8m lift shaft, can manage loads up to 5te and max jib length of 52m, giving a greater range of jib length increments than others available. Wolff 500B Luffing Jib Tower Crane

A return to big purchases – a Wolff 500B luffing jib tower crane. The largest crane Falcon has owned joins the fleet boasting a capacity of 45t and a maximum jib reach of 60m. The crane will be available for rental in March 2019 .

Generator Workshop Manchester

To add to our expansion plans we have leased a new workshop at our Manchester depot. This will be our third workshop, dedicated to Falcon Power Generation. This facility gives us more capacity to store and maintain our fleet of 150 generators, ensuring they stay in top condition.
